An academic institution is a community that comprises a diversity of cultures where people that have different cultural values and attitudes meet and share them amongst themselves.  Students create a new cultural identity based on their current environment or society. cultural diversity reduces cultural barriers such as stereotypes based on cultural, ethical, or racial differences. On the other cultural diversity promotes unity and solidarity among people, particularly students.  At school, children learn about cultural beliefs, norms, and values through interaction both inside and outside the classroom. This in turn helps to find common backgrounds and gaps between cultures. This development promotes an understanding of stereotypes among students. Students adopt a new positive way of living through exposure to new cultures. Almost all groups of people around the world face the same problems in their everyday life. But strangely, different cultures have different solutions to these universal problems. Therefore, when different cultures combine a more effective cultural environment is formed. Students get cultured at school and are equipped with different solutions and approaches to their every challenge. In this way, socialization enlightens society on how to survive. Self-actualization is not dependent. Several factors impact its growth in every person. Whatever we learn from others through socialization affects the way we think, behave and act in a particular way to our dreams. Some systems determine such behaviors. Connectedly, these systems are routed from environmental influences, cultural values, beliefs, biology, social and psychological influences, etc. Whatever goals we have affected the way we behave and think to achieve them and vice versa. This does not occur in a vacuum interaction through socialization has a great impact instead.

Shyness is a feeling of timidness or closeness whereby one is unable to speak or express themselves as a result of feeling discomfort but necessarily that they do not speak or comment on their interests and others. If an introvert in this context is a student, he or she still comments in class lessons but they mind being reserved.  While an extrovert is a person who openly and freely expresses themselves more than an introvert who is closeminded. However, being an extrovert is a bit more excellent because the person knows themselves better if they are expressible to others.
