The health of our pets

What are we not doing for the health of our animals? If they are sick we will take them to the vet. We care about them as we care about our children. But they also need a special care on a daily basis. There is not always a disease behind it. We have to dewormer our animals, keep them tick-free or free from other vermin.

Special Food

Our Chloe has struvite stones. Our vet found it through an ultrasound. Chloe had crystals in her bladder. She had to go to the litter box all the time. Sometimes nothing came of it. Our vet then injected her with antibiotics and for further treatment, she was given an additional injection every other day for a week. Chloe didn't get it well and then she just vomited for a few days.

We then had to stop taking the syringes. Then she felt better for a while. But after several months the whole thing was repeated. Since we didn't want to stress her unnecessarily again, I asked our vet if there wasn't a special food for her. He then gave me a few things, including a paste. Our Chloe, who is very picky about eating, has refused everything.

Research on the Internet

I then googled the internet for special food and bought various items. Special dry food for her ailments. We tried all varieties. From all well-known companies. Then I came across Medpets. On their site, I found some products that Chloe might consider. We then ordered and tried it.
